Working Hunter - commences 12:30pm
These classes involve a round of jumping rustic fences followed by a simple show (Jacket and tie/stock required)
​The Novice classes are great fun for beginners and those wishing to obtain some experience over rustic fences

Entry Fees:     £5.00                        Rosettes 1st to 6th, with Prize money: 1st - £5, 2nd - £3, 3rd - £2

All classes - rider any age

Class 1.         Novice Horse 14.2 hands and OVER (Max height 2'3")

Class 2.         Open Horse 14.2 hands and OVER (Max height 2'9")
Class 3.         Novice Pony UNDER 14.2 hands (Max height 1'9" to 2')
Class 4.         Open Pony UNDER 14.2 hands (Max height 2'6")

At the judge's discretion, classes may be combined if there are insufficient entries
The show regrets that it is unable to accommodate stallions due to lack of space


Class 5.          Young Handler under 12 years        
Class 6.          Young Handler 12 years and under 16 years
** Trophy for best of classes 5 & 6 (1st and 2nd prize winners)

Class 7.          Coloured (including Dun, Roan, Spotted and Palomino) 

Class 8.          Potential Riding/Sport horse or pony, mare or gelding
Class 9.          Veteran horse or pony
Class 10.        Open Mountain & Moorland (not Sections A, B, C & D)


Championship - 1st and 2nd Prize winners from classes 7 to 10 to go forward for the championship

Class 11.         Sections A and B (Welsh)

Class 14.       Riding club/hack type horse      15 Hands and over, rider any age
Class 15.       Coloured horse or pony (including Dun, Roan, Spotted and Palomino) 
Class 16.       Ridden cob type
Class 17.       Lead rein pony                             not exceeding 12 hands (4 years and over), rider 10 years and under
                                                                         
(not to have won 1st or 2nd prize County level)
Class 18.       First ridden pony                            not exceeding 13 hands (4 years and over), rider 12 years and under       
Class 19.       Best riding pony                             not exceeding 14.2 hands (4 years and over)    
Class 20.       Best trekking horse or pony        4 years and over 
Class 21.       Best veteran horse or pony       15 years and over
Class 22.       Best local horse or pony            4 years and over, within 20 miles of Llangynidr
