Llangynidr Village Hall and Surrounding Fields
SatNav NP8 1LS |
Coming by Car? Free Parking
Llangynidr is located just off the A40 between Brecon and Crickhowell and a short hop (taking in spectacular views) over Llangynidr Mountain (B4560) from the Heads of the Valleys Road (A495). Large Vehicle or Trailer? To avoid narrow bridges the best routes are the Talybont-on-Usk turn off from the A40, or the B4558 from Crickhowell, signposted Llangynidr. On Foot or By Boat? The wonderful Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal passes right through the village and runs alongside the Show Ground. If you live close to the canal why not consider walking the tow path. Save fuel, burn calories and reward yourself with a locally produced ice cream, burger or piece of craft!! If you are planning a boating holiday, we promise Show Day will be a great day away from the water. There are plenty of overnight mooring points along the village section of canal. |
