Farmers Market
Come and join us at our Farmers' and Producers' Market where you can demonstrate, sell and talk about your product with show attendees. Prices and information Farmers’ and Producers’ Market - £25 / table. A 3.5m table is provided (NB Limited availability). If fully booked you will be offered a pitch on the Show Ground)These tables are primarily for small producers Show Ground (non-catering) – (Pitches will be allocated by Show organisers). Exhibitors are required to provide their own table, caravan, trailer, tent, gazebo etc. £40 standard 3m square pitch. £60 Up to 6m frontage x 4m depth. Talk to us if you need to go bigger and we will give you a price Please let us know your preferred location on your application form. No exhibitor / organisation will be allowed on to the Show Ground unless all the paperwork is in order and payment has been received
The Llangynidr Agricultural Show Society reserve the right to decline any application for a stand or exhibition, at our discretion
Stands and Exhibitions will be positioned around the show field as determined by the show committee to give all traders and exhibitors a fair chance to maximise their exposure to the visitors
If you are planning to sell alcohol, you will need your own Temporary Event Notice (licence). Do not assume your sales will be covered under a general show licence to sell alcohol.
Data Protection Privacy Statement
The Society shall have the permission to do the following:
a) Store, process and retain, including electronically, all data and personal information provided by traders/stallholders, for the purpose of operating the Show, maintaining appropriate records and communicating with traders/stallholders in the future concerning any of the Society’s activities.
b) Publicise the names and home location of traders/stallholders in Show Programmes and Schedules on the Show website or elsewhere as part of the operation and promotion of the Show and future Shows.
c) Photograph any tradestand/stall holder or other person on the Showground and store and use the resulting image (including edited and altered versions) for any of the Society’s commercial or non-commercial purposes in all and any media, including, without limitation, use in promotional materials and on the Society’s website, or to supply to carefully selected third parties for use for their own purposes. The Society shall own the copyright of any such images.
d) Publish the details and results of any disputes and/or appeals.
