2024 Show Day - Exhibitor Information:
Food StandsAny company wishing to have a food stand at the 2024 Llangynidr Show on 25th August should contact the committee via the Contact page. We charge based on the frontage of the food stand - the standard fee of £250 provides 5m or approx. 15 foot of frontage. Additional frontage can be added, if we confirm we can accommodate it, for £30 per additional metre frontage. A waste disposal charge of £20 per bag will also be levied if you are unable to remove your own general catering waste.
We are aiming to minimise single-use plastics on site, please help us with this aim where you can. |

Farmers' Market / Trade / Commercial Exhibition
We charge £40 per stand, for a table in the Farmers' Market marquee,
or £60 per stand for a standard gazebo-sized stand outside, approx. 3m square. We are keen to encourage those who can demonstrate or talk about their craft with the audience - please talk to us about possibilities including discounted stand fees.

FREE for Community & Not-for-Profit Organisations
The Committee reserve the right to waive the exhibition fee for local and community organisations.

Please complete and return all forms ahead of Show Day - do not consider your booking confirmed until we have acknowledged to you that we have received payment and all necessary forms
No exhibitor / organisation will be allowed on to the Show Ground unless all the paperwork is in order and payment has been received
The Llangynidr Agricultural Show Society reserve the right to decline any application for a stand or exhibition, at our discretion
Stands and Exhibitions will be positioned around the show field as determined by the show committee to give all traders and exhibitors a fair chance to maximise their exposure to the visitors
If you are planning to sell alcohol, you will need your own Temporary Event Notice (licence). Do not assume your sales will be covered under a general show licence to sell alcohol.
Data Protection Privacy Statement
The Society shall have the permission to do the following:
a) Store, process and retain, including electronically, all data and personal information provided by traders/stallholders, for the purpose of operating the Show, maintaining appropriate records and communicating with traders/stallholders in the future concerning any of the Society’s activities.
b) Publicise the names and home location of traders/stallholders in Show Programmes and Schedules on the Show website or elsewhere as part of the operation and promotion of the Show and future Shows.
c) Photograph any tradestand/stall holder or other person on the Showground and store and use the resulting image (including edited and altered versions) for any of the Society’s commercial or non-commercial purposes in all and any media, including, without limitation, use in promotional materials and on the Society’s website, or to supply to carefully selected third parties for use for their own purposes. The Society shall own the copyright of any such images.
d) Publish the details and results of any disputes and/or appeals.
